Sporting Fingal made the journey from Dublin to Longford and came back with a 3-1 win and the three points. Former Leeds trainee Robert Bayly opened the scoring on 23 minutes before Éamon Zayed made it 2-0 on 75 minutes. Liam Lynch pulled a goal back for the hosts 3 minutes later before Ross Gaynor made it 3-1 on 80 minutes.
Wexford Youths got a vital 2-1 win over Finn Harps on Saturday. Gavin Doyle opwed the scoring on 10 minutes before Wexford got their 2nd on 59 minutes. Conor Gethins pulled a goal back for the visitors but Finn Harps will make the long journey back with no points.
