Just the 5 games took place in round 9 with Finn Harps v Shelbourne postponed due to unplayable conditions.
Sporting Fingal were held to a 1-1 draw by Limerick FC despite having taken the lead on 79 minutes thanks to Gareth Whealan. Martin Deady levelled for Limerick on 81 minutes.
UCD made it a 2nd win in a row and their 8th in total with a 3-1 win over Longford. Ciarán Kilduff scored twice with Greg Bolger getting the other for UCD. Derek Glynn pulled one back for Longford.
Saturday saw Waterford United record a 2-0 win over Mervue United with Joe Mulcahy and William Kiely both scoring the goals.
Poor old Kildare County conceded another three goals as Wexford Youths recorded a 0-3 win with David Breen, Gavin Doyle and Richard Fitzgerald getting the goals.
Athlone Town lost to Monaghan United 2-3 at home despite goals from Robbie Benson and Noel McGee.
