Bohemains' new chief

Derry-man Jim Roddy has become Bohemians' new chief executive after being unveiled today at lunchtime.
The former Derry City man is the 1st chief at Dalymount park in the 118-year history and will be expected to improve the financial state of the new champions. Roddy has said that manager Pat Fenlon will stay at the club despite speculation that the former Shelbourne and Derry boss was considering leaving.
Bohemians' budget for next season has been reduced by 40%. But Bohemians might well have a little bit more to spend if Danny Ventre is sold to newly promoted Dundalk. Former Bohs boss Sean Connor is planning a raid of Bohs and Danny Ventre could become the 1st signing.
